What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, contact details, property postcode and project information. If you become a client we also hold contract, payment and project records.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal (steps before a contract), to deliver and administer your project (contract), and to meet legal obligations such as tax records. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Only where needed to deliver your project — for example designers, engineers, building control, party wall surveyors and suppliers — and our IT and accounting providers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't proceed: 12 months. Client records: 7 years after completion, or longer where needed for warranty and legal claims.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to or restrict its use. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
