Within 2 weeksOur in-house architectural designers draw up your plans and our structural engineers design the structure. We handle planning, building regulations and party wall notices.
8–16 weeksAn itemised price and a written schedule of works. Nothing important left as a provisional sum.
2–3 weeksYour project manager runs the site and reports every week. You pay in stages, against work completed.
