If something isn't right, we want to know — and to fix it. Most concerns are resolved quickly by talking to your project manager.
How to raise a concern
- Speak to your project manager, or call 07347 160630.
- If it isn't resolved, email amhbuild@hotmail.com with the details. We'll acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to respond in full within 14 days.
- If you're still not satisfied, a company director will review the matter personally.
Aftercare
After handover we provide certificates and guarantees in one pack, and return at six months to check everything and put right any snagging.
